Hotel Sunset Troia

We stayed here last year, and the contrast with the disappointing hotel we're in this year reminded me to write a review. We've been holidaying in Turkiye for several years, and this is easily the best hotel we've stayed at. The breakfast was plentiful, the staff friendly, and the pool and surroundings were excellent. Parking was good and the beach looked nice, but it was so windy that we spent most of the stay away from it. It felt like being in a sandblasting chamber. The rooms' condition makes the price feel high, and hot water was often missing.

Our family and friends stayed there in august 2023. It was mostly okay, but when the hotel filled up there wasn't enough hot water, and there was none before 1 p.m. The wi-fi was even worse.

My kids loved the domestic animals, and the garden was full of trees, including pine, olive and fruit trees. It's a really clean place, with a well-kept pool and garden, and there’s its own parking area. The beach is a 50 m walk away. The bungalows are wooden and give a romantic feel, while the stone houses are spacious and have nice bathrooms. I booked two rooms. Wi-fi worked well, and breakfast was a decent continental spread.
