Aden suit apart

We were really happy with our holiday here. There are plenty of places to park behind the apartments, and the small garden is lovely. We even had breakfast out there one day. The host was warm and helpful, replied right away in the Wats App chat, and found us little things we needed, like an umbrella and a corkscrew. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a great balcony view and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The kitchen was fully equipped with pots, pans, knives, chopping boards, a dishwasher, and a freezer. There was also a washing machine in the bathroom, which was handy. Just remember to bring toothpaste. The location worked well for getting out of Fethiye onto the main road, with shops nearby and a nice market and restaurants about 10 minutes away by car. After checking in on February 6, 2026, my family and I had a terrible night in this accommodation. It was raining, and the master bedroom ceiling leaked all night. There was already extensive water damage and mold on the ceiling and walls, the toilet seat was detached, and long-term leaks had badly warped the dining-area wood floor, making it unsafe to walk on. The whole house smelled strongly of mold, and we couldn’t sleep. The actual condition was nothing like the photos on the booking site, and the property was in extremely poor shape. We had booked two nights, but after just one night we told the host we couldn’t stay for the second. The host and his mother said verbally they would refund both nights. Nearly a week later, I still had no bank confirmation or official proof of a refund, despite asking repeatedly. The refund did not arrive on time, so I reported the amount as a disputed transaction and referred it to an international arbitration organization. Their promises to refund us will be evidence of their dishonesty. Based on what happened, I sincerely advise future guests to think carefully before booking, so your trip doesn’t turn into an unpleasant experience.

Hasan made us feel very welcome. He was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The suites are roomy and clean, and work well for families or groups. There’s a peaceful shared garden to unwind in, plus local grocery shops just steps away. Aden Suit Apart is a warm place that feels connected to the community, a good choice if you want a more local side of Fethiye instead of a big tourist hotel.

The host was such a friendly, helpful guy, and we felt at ease straight away, especially with the palm trees around. The bed was nicely made, with towels folded in a special way, and we slept well. There’s a lovely mountain view from the balcony. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
