I’d recommend this hotel for a quiet escape to enjoy the surroundings, but not as a spa or retreat centre, since the wellness and health services don’t yet live up to the property itself. The location is magnificent, with a beautiful private beach and exceptionally clean rooms. Everything felt special, and the birthday cake they welcomed me with was a thoughtful touch. The yoga classes were fantastic, though one session a day felt limited. More variety and frequency would improve the offer. Health-focused food choices were also limited and felt pricey for the value. At the Only Health Center, I went for an IV treatment, but no doctor was there. Given that it’s a medical service, that concerned me. Staff still tried to get s written consent as if I’d spoken with a doctor, which I don’t think is ethical. Checkout was another disappointment. The reception team couldn’t give me a clear invoice breakdown because the expenses were all mixed together, so I couldn’t review them properly. One female colleague was unhelpful and complained to the manager about me while I was still standing there. That didn’t feel hospitable or professional. The hotel and setting are stunning, and there were some lovely parts of the stay, but the spa services and customer care need more attention.

Ahama is a peaceful, attractive boutique resort in an area full of huge all-inclusive hotels, and we had a wonderful stay. It had only recently opened, in 2025. The beautiful beach was great for swimming and relaxing, and there was plenty of room to walk along the beach or in the nearby forest. The grounds were lovely, with geese, ducks, swans, and turtles. Our room was clean, spacious, convenient, and well designed, even though we chose a smaller bungalow-style option. The bed was very comfortable. Our host Umut and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. Boat trips are available for an extra fee and are a lovely way to explore the coastline around Gocek and Fethiye. The restaurants were on the expensive side, around Zurich prices, but the food overall was good, especially at Mezkla, the Mexican restaurant.

Thank you, Ahama, for such a rich and wonderful stay in a magnificent bay that felt like paradise. From the bird-filled forest to the beautiful sea, rabbits and two adorable emus were part of the way there. The sound healing session with our lovely Nilüfer brought the forest colors even more to life, and made the special food at Mezkla Restaurant taste even better. Everyone and everything seemed focused on making you feel special. See you soon 💚

The beach was quiet, and the restaurant had a lovely feel with plenty of tasty choices. We especially liked the tacos, pasta, pizza, and cocktails. We also joined a mandala workshop, a calm and creative experience, and found the yoga and relaxation areas soothing. There’s an outdoor fitness space that fits naturally into the surroundings. From arrival, the rooms, atmosphere, and service all felt thoughtfully put together and comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout. Every corner has its own charm. It was a peaceful, refreshing getaway, and we’d love to return.
