The resort looks impressive when it’s quiet, and the 24/7 gym was a real plus. Reception staff were polite and the location was nice. I stayed in the club section, advertised as a tranquil, adult-only luxury experience. It’s a new, beautiful property, with stylish architecture and spacious, comfortable, well-designed rooms. But the experience didn’t match the promise. The club isn’t separated from the family resort, just housed in one building in the larger complex. Restaurants, bars, gym, spa, and pools are shared with families and children, so it never felt like a true adults-only setting. Seeing children in the spa, saunas, and gym was especially disappointing. Music from this hotel and a neighboring hotel owned by the same group was loud in the evenings and at night, which ruined the quiet atmosphere. Food quality was decent, but the adult-only restaurant had limited variety. The main family restaurant had a much bigger selection, but it was crowded and noisy, and hygiene felt questionable. I saw children touching food with their hands. Healthy drink choices were also lacking: there were plenty of alcoholic cocktails but almost no good alcohol-free or low-sugar options, mostly cola or very sweet juices. There were service issues too. Cleaning staff repeatedly took used cups without replacing them, and sometimes entered the room while the “Do Not Disturb” light was on. The room itself was clean, but those moments felt unprofessional. Before we arrived, the hotel changed my booking dates because they decided to close earlier than expected. They offered compensation for flight changes, which was nice, but the change shouldn’t have happened. The restaurant booking process was confusing. Nobody told me reservations could only be made from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and when I tried, the restaurants were fully booked for the week. Later the hotel assigned me a random restaurant and time, which didn’t feel like a proper fix. The place has potential, but management should either properly separate the adult and family areas or stop presenting the club as tranquil and private, because that wasn’t the reality.

The resort decor and facilities really are fantastic, and the staff were friendly. We did have a wonderful stay, but the service problems meant we couldn’t enjoy everything fully, so I can’t call it five stars. The pool beds were another frustration. Almost all were claimed before breakfast, and towels weren’t cleared during the day. Groups could leave for lunch for hours while their beds stayed occupied, making it hard to find a spot later. This seems fixable with better management. Our honeymoon offer was forgotten, even though the hotel had arranged our transfer. That was honestly very disappointing. We had to ask the next morning, and a cake arrived, but there was no mention of the room upgrade, in-room breakfast, or other offers. We also went in person to make sure the cabana was booked. The biggest issue was the restaurants. We booked expecting three restaurant meals. At check-in, they reminded us about the offer but said we had to come book in person the next morning. I spent 40 minutes in line only to be told everything was full for the week, with just one meal available on our final night. Why wasn’t this explained and arranged at check-in? The reservation system and restaurant capacity need serious work.

The team even tailored everything for me as someone who eats gluten-free, and the staff, decor, and whole experience were second to none. This was a perfect luxury all-inclusive stay. Everything was done to a high standard, including the evening entertainment and the performers, which made it unforgettable. We had an incredible time and you won’t be disappointed. If you want a luxurious holiday where every detail is taken care of, this is the place. Five out of five for everything!

I’m here now (2/11/25) and wanted to write this while it’s fresh. The hotel has style, but not much substance, sorry. The rooms are beautiful and the furniture is great, but by the second day the food and drinks were getting frustrating, and the quality is really poor. The cocktails are poor, and the buffet and a la carte serve much the same food, like the same pizzas and fries everywhere. Some pools are heated and others aren’t. Service is awful, sometimes nonexistent. Expect to queue for drinks at the entertainment bar and pool bar, which shouldn’t happen at this level. I’ve had plenty of October holidays in the Antalya region, and this hotel doesn’t measure up to some of the others I’ve stayed in. Don’t waste your money!
