The views are amazing, and it's only a short walk to the beach and supermarket. But the place is very run down and needs a lot of maintenance, especially around the pool and in the gardens.

The ocean views across Santa Fe are lovely, and the beach is about a 15-minute trip away. I was there two days ago and really liked it.
