The photos looked nice, but inside was a mess. We had to change rooms because the appliances in the first one weren’t installed properly. The second room had the same issues: no soap in the bathroom, no hangers in the closet, no towel hooks, and WiFi that only worked in the bedroom. The hair dryer short-circuited, too. There was just a thin bed cover and no blankets. We asked three times for extra ones, but they never came. At the end of our stay, the manager booked us an early taxi to the local bus station. The driver angrily insisted he’d been told to take us to the airport instead. We paid him five times the price for his wasted time. It felt like a scam, and since the hotel arranged it, I hold them responsible. This hotel couldn’t seem to get anything right. It looked good in the pictures, but was a complete mess.

The place and service were so amazing that five stars don’t feel like enough. The host is incredibly helpful and responds immediately. Whatever the issue, he figures out a solution in seconds. It’s right in the center, so you can reach everything on foot. Simply amazing!

The central location was one of our biggest advantages, but cleanliness mattered most to me. There weren’t many reviews, though the ones I saw praised how clean it was, and that proved true. The sheets and towels were spotless, and the floors, kitchen, toilet, and bathroom were very clean and modern. The shower was especially spacious. When we asked for a duvet, they brought one right away. The people were very sweet, and we were really pleased. The bed was comfortable, too. I was surprised to find a washing machine, drying rack, and a huge refrigerator in the room, which seems especially handy for longer stays. The elevators were very modern. It’s close to the marina, the market, and İksirci Tezcan. I’d book again if I came back. Have a great holiday, everyone, and thank you, Angel Residence.

We were very happy with both the apartment’s central location and the rooms. They were comfortable enough to feel almost like a five-star hotel. The sea, market, restaurants, and cafes were all an easy walk away.
