My son was swimming in the shared pool, which is used by other villas, when a mouse got in and he was hurt. There’s no shower area before entering the pool. The owner also refused to accept payment by card transfer.

Be careful, this is a genuine review. I recently checked in after booking one of their villas on Booking.com. There’s no proper reception or customer support. I called the property number listed on the booking site to ask how to open the safe, but couldn’t get an answer. After a long trip, I lay down on the bed and found insects and a spider on it. I managed to kill one before it bit me. I can’t believe Booking.com lists this kind of accommodation. Check the details on booking sites instead of trusting everything without proper verification. If the scale went down to -5, I’d give that, but 1 is the lowest rating available.

We’ve rented holiday places for 25 years, and this was the worst one. The photos are misleading. The villas were dirty, shabby, smelly, and in need of renovation, with mold throughout the house, even on kitchen appliances, and a lot of dirt. The sheets, duvets, and towels were grey, stained, and had holes. The bedsheet had marks that looked like someone had made love there. There was no WiFi after the first 15 minutes, one toilet was broken, and the place was hard to find because Google Maps showed a completely different location. Booking.com said card payment was possible, but here they only took cash. There’s no reception either. When we called the contact number, they said “a working man comes.” He was the only person who met us, and he spoke only Turkish. With so many things to discuss, that was frustrating. Even getting the key took at least 15 minutes and a lot of hand gestures. The pools looked nice, but by then we were so disgusted with the place that we didn’t feel like using them.

Awful service and a dirty place. The worst experience, money wasted.
