Kampus Pansiyon

Such a nice place, but the breakfast was really bad.

The comfortable room and breakfast were the only parts of this hotel we really liked. The room was spacious, generally clean, and smelled freshly cleaned when we arrived. The fridge and air conditioning worked very well. Breakfast was plentiful, enjoyable, and varied, with different items each day like cigarette pastries, cakes, börek, and pişi. There were some cleanliness problems, though: the blanket had hair and stains and clearly hadn’t been washed, and the sink looked as if it had been left from the previous guest. The room could have been cleaned at least every three days, though normally it should be every two. Staff didn’t ask whether we needed anything. We stayed five nights with my wife. At check-in, the woman at the entrance was rude, didn’t smile, and seemed focused only on getting my money. During the stay, the staff just looked at us without saying good morning or enjoy your meal, or even smiling. There was very little communication between staff and guests, which I think is one of the most important things affecting customer satisfaction. The hotel is in a beautiful part of Taşyaka, on a busy street, about 15 minutes by car from Ölüdeniz and other attractions. I’d suggest making guest satisfaction the top priority, treating people in a friendly and attentive way, and prioritizing room cleanliness with cleaning on set days and a simple check whether guests need anything.

The beds were really uncomfortable, and the breakfast servings were so small they’d only satisfy a 3-year-old. There wasn’t a hair dryer in the room, and our room looked nothing like the pictures. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

The pool was lovely, and the place had a family-hotel feel. We came from Gebze and stayed for a week, and were very happy with our stay. The location was good, breakfast was nice, and the beds were clean. Room cleaning could have been a bit more careful. I’m thinking of coming back. Thanks for everything.
