Cetkin Exclusive Apart

Handa was very kind and supportive during our stay. The apartment was comfortable, really clean, and had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

I’ve been coming back for nearly three years, sometimes staying three weeks and sometimes three months, and it feels like home each time. Hande is a lovely host, friendly, easy to reach, and ready to help with anything. I trust her and know I can rely on her. I usually book the top-floor apartment for its gorgeous mountain and sea views, especially the sunsets. It’s spacious, modern, and cozy, with a thoughtfully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, boiler, air conditioners, and cleaning supplies. There’s an elevator in the building, which is handy. The neighborhood has shops, a local market, a gym, and dolmuş within walking distance. The price is more than fair for what you get. This place has become a little gem for me, and I’ll stay here again when I’m back in Fethiye.

The area was quiet and not busy, and we had a car to drive to places. There’s a supermarket downstairs for extra shopping, plus a market nearby that comes once a week. The apartment had a kitchen where we could cook or warm food, and a kettle. It was spacious for my children, with a clean living area and a good sofa. The blackout curtains and balcony were nice too. We stayed in August 2023, and the apartment was extremely clean. The beds were in excellent condition, and the sheets were clean and comfortable.

The balcony is lovely for morning yoga and watching sunsets, some of the best in Fethiye. In summer, though, this side of the building gets afternoon sun, so it becomes really hot indoors. The air conditioning helps. The apartment is cozy but still spacious and bright, with modern interiors and all the furniture and appliances I need, including a dishwasher, grill, and air conditioning. The owners are hospitable and happy to help. You can also pay extra to have the flat cleaned, though there’s a vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies there already. Carrefour is right in the building, the bus stop for Çalis beach and the city centre is three minutes away, and the Sunday market and Public hospital with 24/7 emergency service are each about ten minutes away. I’ve been renting here and am really happy with it. Çetkin Exclusive Apart Hotel is a wonderful base for exploring Fethiye, and I’d highly recommend it.
