I only chose this place because it's right by the bus station for the Dalaman airport bus. For the price, it felt far too dated and worn, and the wallpaper was peeling in the dining room. The shower also leaked across the bathroom floor, and breakfast was mediocre. The rooms were clean, though, and the air conditioning worked well. Reception were very friendly and helpful. One night was fine for me, but I wouldn't stay longer. I'm including the schedules for the two bus companies to Dalaman airport in case they're useful to other travelers.

I was in Fethiye for nearby training and stayed at Exelans hotel for nine nights, from 27 May 2025 to 5 June 2025. Getting to the training center was easy on foot, and the hotel is right across from the bus station. The rooms were very well kept and exceptionally clean, and breakfast was good and nicely prepared. Sarhat and Mustafa were always kind and ready to help with anything I needed. Their hospitality made the stay even nicer. I'd happily recommend the hotel.

There aren't any spa or pool facilities available yet. The rooms are comfortable, nice, and clean, and the staff are friendly, though they barely speak English. It's about a 45-minute walk to the old town. The neighborhood is urban and doesn't feel like the seaside or a traditional area.

We went as a couple, and the staff were professional and spoke English. They treated us very well. The spa was clean and the facilities were up to standard, with a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. There's plenty of parking within the hotel grounds. It's easy to find, but I'd call ahead to book so you don't miss out.

Really awesome! The hotel is right beside Fethiye Bus terminal, and the staff were so cooperative, especially the receptionist ASKIN. If you're going to ölüdeniz, you should check in here. The breakfast is worth trying too. Regards, Ahsan Ahmed Pakistan.
