Sercan is a legend, always doing what he can to help. The place feels like a relaxing little paradise, right in the center and about a 10-minute walk from Çaliş. For the price, I doubt you’ll find better accommodation around here. Big thanks to Sercan for everything 🤙. I’d highly recommend staying here if you want to be near Fethiye center.

We had everything we needed in the apartment, and felt very comfortable there for our 10-day family stay. The 1+1 apartments were carefully prepared and well kept. They hadn't put up the full set of photos online for us, but the place was very clean, as was the building. The owners were friendly, and the location made it easy to get around, about 10 minutes from Ölüdeniz and 2 minutes from Calis Beach. I'd rate the value for money 9 out of 10. Great for families or a group of friends, and I'd recommend it.

Mr. Sercan is cheerful, knowledgeable, and very well-equipped, as well as kind, polite, helpful, and friendly. The place itself is beautiful and, to me, comfortably above Turkish standards while still being very reasonably priced. If I come to Fethiye again, I'll stay here, and I'll recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We stayed three days and everything worked out perfectly. The host was quick to respond and happy to help. He even moved us from a dangerous room on the roof to one downstairs for 4 euros. There's an iron provided too. Thank you! The staff are friendly and helpful. The aparthotel is a little old, but it has a lot of equipment: a kitchen sink, a washing machine that's old but works, a gas stove, kettle, utensils, and a big refrigerator with a full freezer plus a separate freezer. MMM Migros is a two-minute drive away, and the beach is eight minutes away. The Turkish Grand Canyon takes 48 minutes by car. The price is very low for a bed and three (3) sofas.
