Ramada Hotel & Suites By Wyndham Kusadasi

The big drawback for us was the pool. Its water isn't heated, and in October the air isn't warm enough to warm it up either. Our two-year-old just shivers and can't use it, which is a shame because the slides look amazing. Otherwise, it's a great hotel. The facilities and entertainment are fantastic, the place is well maintained and very clean, and the food and drinks are good. The staff are really helpful.

Kuşadası is a lovely city with superb views and history, but I probably won't return. Sellers kept haggling and harassing us, asking where we were from so they could make up a price. There weren't any prices displayed. I know people need to earn a living, but being honest would get them further. We skipped the local food because of all the hassle. If you're on a budget, this hotel could work; otherwise, I'd spend more for a proper five-star stay. The hotel itself looks OK, though I'd rate it three stars. There are only two small lifts, and the snacks between 12 and 5 are limited and always the same. The food tastes better, with a good variety of local cheeses and lots of salad. There were wasps and hornets around in the daytime, and the pools were fairly small and cold at that time of year. A few Irish families were staying during our visit. They were mostly fine, just noisy, but left rubbish all around the pool when they departed. Absolutely disgusting.

We’ve been here nearly two weeks and have been very happy with it. The suites are great, with a washer in the room, though you need to bring your own detergent. Rooms are cleaned every day, and since we don't spend much time indoors, they're just right. There's plenty of food and the drinks are strong. Walks toward town have lovely views, and a cab is fairly cheap compared with walking the couple of kilometers. We'd come back.

We booked two weeks with the Ramada suites and have been over the moon with the hotel, food, staff, and cleanliness. There were lots of activities and different shows, and the animation team were excellent and so friendly. Hanna especially became a good friend. She always greeted us with a huge smile and spent time with us on most days, getting to know us. We'll miss her when we head home, but we'll keep in touch.
