Batihan Beach Resort & Spa Ultra All Inclusive

We went back to Batihan Beach Resort & Spa for summer holidays in both 2024 and 2025, and enjoyed it enough that I hope to return again. The grounds are lovely and restful, with trees, tidy lawns, flowers and plenty of shade. It’s a quiet location, good for getting away from noise. The rooms, pools and rest of the hotel were kept very clean. Meals had lots of well-prepared choices, including traditional and international dishes. Staff were consistently cheerful, helpful and professional, and seemed to really care about making guests comfortable. A couple of things could be better. Pool slides run for a rather short time each day, which may disappoint families with kids. Parking on site is limited, though there are nearby side streets with surveillance cameras where you can leave a car. Even with those small drawbacks, I think the hotel is good value and has an atmosphere that makes you want to come back. With God’s help, I’ll spend my summer vacation at Batihan again in 2026.

Guest Relations Supervisor Ali helped us with everything we needed. My parents and I had never had such a relaxing, stress-free stay where we could all enjoy ourselves at the same time. We’re coming from Romania and definitely want to return next year.

Mr. Ali was especially kind and helpful, going out of his way to make us comfortable. We really appreciate it. The hotel was great, and I’d recommend it.

The pool and slides were great, and there’s a pleasant seaside promenade for walks. The beach, though, is narrow, small and crowded. For the same money, I think you can find hotels with better food and service. This place isn’t bad, but it won’t suit everyone, and I wouldn’t suggest it to young people looking for fun. Just my opinion. We had a few problems during the stay. For two days running, our towels weren’t changed and the room wasn’t replenished with water, tea or coffee. After we left a tip of about 200 lira, those things were suddenly taken care of. At the pool bar, staff repeatedly took our drinks before we’d finished them, without asking. They even removed a glass that still had whiskey and Coke in it. They kept hovering and checking whether we were done, which got very annoying. The animation staff were friendly and energetic, but the program repeated the same things every day. I’m Bulgarian, and since many Bulgarians visit, I was surprised not to hear a single Bulgarian song or greeting in 10 days. It seemed like the attention was all on English and German guests.
