Mert made a big difference to my stay by smoothly arranging all my transfers between the hotel and airport, in both directions. The location is ideal, with plenty nearby and the main landmarks within walking distance. Sultanahmet Station is the closest station, near the Blue Mosque, and Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace are also walkable. Breakfast was very good, though it was mostly typical Turkish food. It might help to label the items so guests know what they are. The rest of the staff were kind, welcoming, and cooperative. I highly recommend this hotel.

A special thank you to Yubaa (I hope I spelled it right). She helped us so much during our stay, always smiling, patient, and ready to help with whatever we needed. The whole place had such a relaxing, welcoming feel, and the hospitality was honestly at its peak. We absolutely loved staying here and felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended for a visit to Istanbul!

The staff were incredibly friendly, and for us they were one of the best parts of the hotel. The room was a little cramped, bed included, but the two of us had just enough space to be somewhat comfortable. The heater didn’t work, though the staff kindly brought us a portable one, which helped. Breakfast was decent, but there were so many little bugs around the sweet foods that we stayed away from that part of the spread. It was a nice walk of about 15 to 20 minutes to one of the bazaars and the Blue Mosque. For the price and location, it was an average place. It wasn’t bad, but our stay didn’t give us anything that made it stand out.

The rooms were modern, clean, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel was well kept, and I honestly can’t think of anything negative about it. Staff were always available, happy to help, and genuinely kind and welcoming. One small suggestion for future guests: breakfast is traditional Turkish food, which is great if you like it, but an international option could help those who aren’t used to it or don’t enjoy it. Highly recommended! 😊

The room was clean, comfortable, and very nice, and all the staff were extremely friendly. The front desk woman was especially warm and helpful. She took time to explain almost all the must-visit places, from sightseeing spots to places to eat and shop, which made me feel welcome and well looked after. The neighborhood was quiet, with a supermarket about a five-minute walk away. It took around 20 minutes on foot to Ayasofya-i Kebir Cami-i Şerifi, so getting around was convenient. My only small gripe was that breakfast was mostly cold, which wasn’t what I wanted in cold weather. I had a great stay, would choose this hotel again, and would happily recommend it to friends.
