For the price, the quality is okay, and the central location is handy. But the rooms are very noisy, and you’ll need to be insensitive to sound or have strong earplugs to sleep. The air conditioning is loud too. Breakfast is basic and nothing special. The staff don’t speak English, and the man at reception at night is rude and unprofessional.

We were very happy at their other branch on the first day, and we’re just as pleased with this one. The view here is amazing.

The location is excellent, close to bars, the market, the fish market, and everything else. Beyond that, I’d rate everything else zero. The air conditioner roars like a tractor, the bed is uncomfortable, the toilet smells, and the towels were damp and dirty. The shower head was broken, so I had to hold it while washing. There was a TV, but it was crooked, and we had to hold it in our hands anyway. This is an objective review. If you only need a place to change and shower, it’s okay, but otherwise I wouldn’t recommend it. I also found the staff’s tone bad. Checkout was at 12, yet I got two calls that morning asking when cleaning could be done.

They took our money, then cancelled our Hotels.com reservation without asking or contacting us, and left us stranded at the door. The day before, we’d said we wanted to book online and asked if there was availability. We got no information about the cancellation, and when we tried to talk to the hotel owner, they were no help at all. The hotel service was terrible. I’d never recommend this unreliable place.
