Masal Apart Hotel

The rooms were clean, and the staff were helpful. The location is amazing, close to restaurants and cafes.

The apartments have everything you need, and the grounds and swimming pool were clean. The hotel workers were good, and Mr.Ismail was especially nice and helpful. The downside is that the apartments need cosmetic renovation, and the kitchen equipment should be replaced.

Repairs went on endlessly, and the owner was petty. On our first night, rain flooded the apartment and we spent half the night mopping the floors. That should have been a warning. The owner said repair work would take four days, but workers came into our apartment every day for a month. They changed doors, electrical fittings, air conditioners, painted walls, and did other work. I had to clean construction debris out of the apartment myself every day. We couldn't work quietly, and there were daily problems with electricity and internet. Power surges broke our laptop adapters three times, and the owner refused to cover the costs in full. At the end of the stay, the owner wouldn't return our deposit, saying the old towels were too dirty. It seems our overpayment wasn't enough to buy the same cheap towels. The owner worried about the cost of replacing them, but lost us as customers, which cost much more. The whole impression was ruined. This was officially the worst host attitude towards guests in Fethiye!

The pool area has sun loungers, and the hotel is handy for the town center, shops, and restaurants. Çalış Beach is about 10 minutes away. We stayed as two families in two separate houses. Each had a large entrance room plus two more spacious rooms, and the bathroom was roomy. There was also a toilet and bathroom connected to the kitchen and entrance room. The furnishings were clean and sufficient. It’s an apart-hotel with three floors and two apartments on each floor.
