The balcony faces north, so it gets little direct sun in winter. Still, the waterfront walk is stunning, and the view is the best in all of Fethiye. The hotel sits right above the marina and is a five-minute walk from the old town.

The view alone makes this affordable place worth it ✨. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and the location was good.

I really appreciated Yavuz's kindness, and the view was absolutely stunning. The hotel is close to the marina and centre. Since it's brand new, the furniture, bedding and plumbing all seemed fresh from the store, and the staff kept everything clean. But construction was still going on while I was there, with drills, saws and other tools making noise. Workers were around all the time, so I didn't feel I had much privacy. I can imagine there'll be a beautiful lounge area, and perhaps a dining area, once everything is finished. At this point, I got a beautiful view but felt the hotel was overpriced.

For what you get, around 50euro/night felt too expensive, so I'd put the price-quality at about 3 stars, though I settled on 4-. There were some nice touches: everything was brand new, the towels were wonderfully soft, the small hotel was lovely, and my room had a balcony with beautiful views. The mattress was soft and comfortable. The place was quiet enough for sleeping, except on one day when a loud party meant I couldn't relax. The cleaning schedule was every 3 (!!!) days, which I found unacceptable because you still want to come back to a clean place. My balcony faced a noisy street and had no privacy. It's at the top of a high hill, which may not suit some people, though it wasn't a problem for me. I hope the team takes these points into account for future guests.
