I’d go for a room with direct pool access. You can order drinks by QR code and have them brought to the loungers outside your room, which is a really convenient touch. The hotel grounds aren’t large, but they’re laid out so thoughtfully that every part feels comfortable and well used. Dining is varied, with two à la carte restaurants, a buffet restaurant, three more specialty à la carte venues, and six bars. The all-inclusive food and drink selection is excellent. Service and food are both at a very high standard, and the whole stay was enjoyable. The beach is pebbly, while the seabed and the entry into the water are sandy and comfortable. A solid five-star property for a high-quality all-inclusive holiday.

The evening entertainment had different options each day and included all ages, which was really nice. The staff were brilliant, and the on-site market was very reasonably priced. Food was a highlight for me: the themed menus were so well put together that everything on my plate went together, and I actually finished every bite. There was also a snack restaurant with a separate, more western-style menu as part of the all-inclusive offer. I hadn’t realised it had more options beyond lunch, so that was a lovely surprise. Such an amazing experience!

We’ve just come back from our fourth visit and had the best time again. The entertainment team are such lovely people. We joined in with the poolside activities, yoga with Yesim, aqua gym with Mustaffa, darts with Aykut, then danced the night away with Beyza, Mars, Koray and Rodney. They made every night fun. The hotel is right on the beach with mountains all around, and there are lots of nearby things to do and restaurants to choose from. The food is great too. We absolutely love this place and can’t recommend it enough!

We had a really enjoyable holiday, and there was a lot included for the price. The beach, with the mountains behind it, was lovely. Each day brought parties and different activities, and the food was delicious, especially the grill section. Service at the beach snack bar was the one slow part. Otherwise, the staff were lovely, and we enjoyed the pools, Turkish bath, sauna, steam room, and cocktails.

For the price, there are better options. The hotel staff are friendly, but when a difficult situation comes up, they don’t seem equipped to handle it. The management replies to negative reviews here often sound defensive or dismissive, and our experience made that seem less like a coincidence. We stayed four days. On day three, my husband went to sign us up for a darts tournament. Because of our names, Aykut from the animation team treated him in a way we perceived as discriminatory and inappropriate, so we decided not to take part. We reported it to Guest Relations, who said they’d tell the animation team leader. No one came to speak with us or apologize. Later that day, a wooden game beside the ping-pong table fell onto my leg because it wasn’t secured properly. I was hurt and asked for a basic first-aid kit, but they had none. We went to the doctor’s office, advertised as available 24/7, and found it closed. At reception, they gave us cotton pads and antiseptic. When we asked why the doctor wasn’t there, the response was needlessly defensive: “There is a doctor,” “If there is no doctor, there is a nurse,” and “A sign saying 24/7 doctor service does not necessarily mean a doctor is always present.” That wasn’t what we expected after an injury from unsafe equipment on the hotel grounds. At checkout the next day, they asked how our stay had been, so we explained everything again. Everyone seemed genuinely shocked and agreed it was unacceptable, but still no apology came. It felt like the staff were just watching instead of taking responsibility for resolving guest concerns. We never heard from the animation team leader either. The only time we saw him was at the evening entertainment, enjoying himself while our complaint was still unresolved. They offered to make a gesture for the extras we’d bought because we’d had so many issues. We declined, but they asked us to wait for Guest Relations to contact us. We waited and waited, and nobody showed up. In the end, a receptionist took the initiative and tried to help by herself.
