Reis Royal Hotel

Murat made breakfast really enjoyable and looked after us so well. I'll definitely come back just because of him 😂 The location is very good and the staff are friendly. The AC could be better, and even water in the room is charged.

Murat, our waiter, was funny and made breakfast more fun. The rooms were very comfortable, and breakfast was a good option, with a plate of assorted Turkish influenced food brought to you.

We spent a week here and had a great time. The whole team, from reception and room service to Murad at breakfast, were friendly and caring. Reception staff helped us in lots of ways and even told us to call if we needed anything while out of the hotel. Whenever we asked for something, it arrived within minutes. The hotel was very clean and the Wi-Fi signal was strong. Everyone deserves five stars.

We weren't satisfied with the stay. We booked a triple room with one queen bed and one single, but reception first gave us a queen bed and a sofa only three feet long. After an hour of arguing, they gave us the room we had asked for, and the reception staff were really rude. The Wi-Fi also wouldn't connect to our devices and showed a security issue, which seemed to be a hotel Wi-Fi problem.
