S3 King Residence

The apartment was a good find for an affordable price. It’s a decent size, looks relatively new, and sits on a busy street in a good location in Fethiye. Double glazed windows kept out the noise, the AC worked perfectly, and the bathroom was spacious, clean, and modern. The room service button in one of the rooms didn’t work. Also, this isn’t specific to this hotel, but I found that people in Turkey generally seem to bargain whenever they can and sometimes go back on their word. That can be quite annoying. No offence intended.

We were so comfortable that our original three night booking became five, with two extra nights added. Everything was very clean, the location couldn’t be more central, and the staff were friendly and did everything we asked. It made the other hotels on our trip hard to love. We’d definitely recommend it and return if we’re in town again.

The rooms were amazing and all the staff were friendly. I had to ask for a mattress topper because the regular mattress was pretty solid. My room faced the street, where the cafe downstairs is popular and busy until midnight. Stray dogs bark constantly too, along with people on bikes, and the windows didn’t block enough of that noise. The apartment lights could also be a bit brighter. Aside from those things, I’d recommend staying here 100%!

I’d spent a week somewhere else and wanted a better location, so I found S3 King Residence and met the friendly receptionist Naif. He kindly showed me a room, which was beautiful, like a small apartment, with a little kitchen, fridge, and what you’d need for a week or longer. It even had an iron and ironing board, and I signed up. The decor was lovely, the bed amazing, and I slept like a rock. There’s also a beautiful bathroom with a great shower. Manager Mehmet is a super nice, personable man who checked that everything was good during my stay. The unit and location are amazing, and you can walk to most restaurants and other things you need in just a few minutes or less. I love this area.
