Yeniceri City Hotel

The gentleman at reception was helpful, and when our AC needed attention it was fixed promptly. Our room had a partial sea view through a crack. The rooms were not clean and were well below what I'd expect from a 3-star hotel. Breakfast cost €10, had very limited choice, and was such poor quality that it wasn't worth even two euros. They charged €10 for my six-year-old granddaughter as well.

The location is great, near both the mountains and harbour, with a lovely view and plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. The main dolmus station is a five-minute walk away, and it's a few dolmus stops to the bus terminal where you can catch the Havas to the airport. Our room was clean and spacious, and the front desk staff were always friendly and ready to answer questions. They don't provide toothbrushes or toothpaste, but we had brought our own, so that was no problem. A great hotel for a stay in Fethiye.

The location was lovely, with nice restaurants nearby, and the price was reasonable. We found the service quick and the staff very kind and ready to help with a smile. Special thanks to Furkan for being so helpful and to Eylul for being so friendly and welcoming. They answered all our questions patiently and cheerfully, and made us feel comfortable. Highly recommended!

The help didn't stop when I checked out. After travelling to Kas, I noticed I'd left clothes in the closet. I called Yeniceri City Hotel, and they promptly offered to mail them to where I was. That was above and beyond what I expected. During my stay, the staff had also helped me plan my next trip, find public transport, and book tours. Service was exceptional from the moment I arrived, and the friendly staff made me feel at home. The hotel and my well-maintained room were spotless. Breakfast offered a wide choice of healthy, tasty options. Yeniceri City Hotel combines comfort, convenience, and great customer service. I'd gladly return and recommend it to anyone visiting Fathiye.
