The place was very dirty, as you can see in the pictures, and customer service was extremely rude. We arrived thinking everything seemed fine, then discovered an ant colony in the apartment. We literally slept on ants that first night. It took the whole next morning to arrange another apartment, and the replacement was much more low-budget. We’re still being charged the same price for it, with no refund for the first night.

We were a group of 12 with a villa and apartments booked, and the reception was friendly when we arrived late. But the cleaning seemed to have been missed for our booking. There were stains on the sheets and pillows, and even a blood stain on the bathroom towels. Management came to check the issue quickly, but refused a full refund when we asked for one. That made for a bad experience.

The apartments have good equipment, though the furniture and design feel very old. The TV has no internet access. I also found dirty particles in the water when I used the drinking glasses. The beach wasn’t nice to me: it’s all sandy and the water isn’t clear. Food at the cafe is very expensive. It feels like the owner of this apartment complex is no longer interested in improving quality or investing money in it.

The complex is well set up, with direct sea access, good security, townhouses split into four flats, full furnishings, good service, several pools, and bikes for rent. There’s a small shop on site, and a Migros supermarket about a 10 minute walk away. Residents are mainly Turkish, English, and Russian. The beach was comfortable and not crowded, with pebbles on shore and sand under the water.
