Stella Luxury Apartments & Residence

We spent more than a month at Stella Lux Apart, and it was a peaceful place to unwind. The rooms were modern, clean, and well kept. Shops and restaurants are all within walking distance, with Fethiye Bay Park about five minutes away and the beach around ten minutes on foot. Tony was responsible and available whenever we needed help. He rented us the apartment and made sure we were taken care of. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it.

The complex is well looked after and in a great spot. Our apartment was comfortable, clean, and had what we needed for everyday life. The owner was also very helpful and easy to communicate with. I can recommend Stella apartments.

The location is the main thing this complex has going for it. I stayed for six months. The apartment was old but not bad, and the first floor felt cold in spring, though it was fine in summer. I wouldn't recommend staying here because of the owner, who I found annoying, overly particular, and unfair. Read the contract and rules carefully: there are unexpected terms, including that you may have to pay for broken appliances even when they stopped working through no fault of yours. Checking out was the worst experience I've had. Getting my deposit back took a lot of time and stress, and I had to argue that I shouldn't pay for extra services or for the devaluation of the Turkish lira.

I had a lovely two-week holiday here and would happily return. The rooms were clean, spacious, and air-conditioned, and the location was great, with shops, a market, and the sea nearby. It was also peaceful, and the swimming pool was clean and well maintained. No complaints from me.
