We felt right at home at Tanrise City House. The staff were always welcoming, friendly, and ready to help, and the rooms were comfortable, very clean, and well cared for. Being centrally located made it easy to explore and get around. We had a wonderful stay and would happily choose it again. Highly recommend it.

We arrived expecting the suite with a kitchen that we'd booked, but were put in the worst room we've ever had in Turkey. It was tiny, looked dirty in the attached photos, and had an unbearable sewage smell coming from the bathroom. When we complained, the hotel wouldn't move us. Staff made no effort to deal with it, and there was no apology or compensation. Fethiye is beautiful and has much nicer places to stay.

We had a very comfortable, clean room with a nice setup, and the shower had great pressure and temperature. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. We also got a great special rate for the basement room. Breakfast buffet in the morning was superb.

The food was tasty and good, and the staff were really friendly. My room was clean and comfortable, which made the three-day stay a great experience. I'd definitely come back.

The rooms were lovely and clean, and all the staff were amazing. The woman at the counter was especially polite and friendly, and went out of her way to help me get to my destinations. She also suggested some beaches to visit. It was definitely worth staying here!
