Yacht Boheme Hotel

We were given a lunch package on the day we couldn’t make breakfast, which was such a thoughtful touch. Kadir, our breakfast waiter, deserves a special mention for making us feel welcome, though all the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. We also got a lovely surprise at check-in: an upgrade to a stunning room. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, the atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the pool was a great bonus. Absolutely amazing stay, 10/10.

Kadir was especially helpful, and Edo, Berru, and Abdulkadir also made us feel so welcome. We came for our honeymoon and really appreciated the room upgrade, which made it even more special. The hotel is well located, with spacious, comfortable rooms that were kept very clean through daily housekeeping. Breakfast was amazing, with a wide choice of hot and cold food. Everyone on staff was friendly from the start, and we’d happily return.

I can’t praise the staff enough, they were all incredibly helpful. The room was big and cool, with AC, a fan, a good shower, two jacuzzis, two TVs, and Wi-Fi. Reception is open 24 hours and happy to help. Parking was easy, and it’s near town but outside the one-way system. There’s an elevator, though reception is on floor two, so you still have to go up or down; the stairs are fine. The Wi-Fi wasn’t the strongest but did the job. I also thought there weren’t enough rubbish bins. Those were my only complaints. I’d definitely recommend it and will return.

The room and the rest of the hotel were kept exceptionally clean throughout my stay of more than eight days. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, from the books and herbal jar air fresheners to the lovely bathroom fittings, and the bar staff were warm and friendly. The front desk was a very different experience. The night receptionist in particular was repeatedly rude and unhelpful, and limited English made communication difficult. I also had a bad experience with a taxi arranged through the hotel; the driver's unprofessional behavior left me upset. The worst moment was when the night receptionist misunderstood me and insultingly asked if I had paid for my guest, even though that wasn't what I was talking about at all. The hotel has charm, but the night desk needs a serious improvement in professionalism.
