Alpar made the restaurant visit feel memorable, going out of his way to look after us. The food was the best I’ve had around here, with outstanding flavor and quality.

The staff were patient, polite, and quick to answer our questions, and the whole place felt spotless and welcoming. We were pleased with everything, from the comfortable sleep and breakfast to the leisure facilities and dinner. The hotel’s location and view were fantastic, too. It was an unforgettable stay, and I’d happily recommend it.

The rooms were clean, and breakfast was tasty and authentically done. The staff were a real help. Set among mountain tea farms beside the river, it’s a lovely spot for a couple of quiet days. The nature, water sounds, and incredible view helped me shake off a year of hard work. Credit to the management, keep it up.

I’d tried the restaurant on an earlier visit, and this time stayed in a room. I liked it, especially the view, the people, the food, and Teona. The customer service is the friendliest I’ve come across, and they kept checking whether I needed anything. Thanks for everything ☺️✨

Everyone was kind and smiling, and the breakfast was really good. The place was clean throughout. Such a beautiful setting, and we loved our room and the surrounding nature.
