Otel Carpe Diem Gold

Mr. Şahin and Mr. Muhammet made us feel like family, and Muhammet took care to prepare breakfast for us each morning. When I ran into problems, Mr. Berat sorted them out within minutes, always with a smile. Everyone working at Carpe Diem was unbelievably kind and friendly. Our family of four had plenty of space in the rooms, and the view was amazing. We had such lovely days at the Otel and left with a lot of memories 💙

For a female traveler, I felt the hotel was completely safe for foreigners, and it made a good stop while traveling. The view from the spacious, comfortable room was worth the stay. It was clean, as were the towels, and free bottled water was available on request throughout our visit, without a limit, which I found handy in Turkey. There’s a private beach and a rooftop pool. Breakfast is served buffet-style at the restaurant beside the main entrance, with plenty of Turkish dishes, vegetables, and fruit. I found it suitable for vegans and vegetarians too. The staff were warm and welcoming, especially young Muhammed, who was polite, helpful, and exceptionally good with guests at breakfast. One interaction brought my rating down from five stars to four. A staff member with glasses, probably a waiter named Ali, tried to take my coffee cup before I’d finished. I found that rude and poor table service, especially toward a female guest. Apart from that small issue, everything was great.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and the view from the hotel was amazing. Mr. berat was a gentleman, meeting guests with a smile and taking care of their needs right away. I highly recommend the hotel because of him.

We only meant to book two nights, but we liked the place so much that we extended our stay. The seating galleries, rooftop pool, and views give it a really distinctive, classy feel. The staff were kind and worked hard despite the language gap. We’re already looking forward to returning.
