I checked out early because the noise and stress made the stay unbearable. On my first night, hotel staff and their friends were drinking and singing, then repeatedly using the main entrance until around 3-4 a.m. My room was right beside the front door despite my request for a quiet room, and I slept for about an hour. During the stay, third parties removed several appliances from guest rooms, including TVs, fridges, and kettles. Staff confirmed through translation that the items were being repossessed. Men entered my room and took the TV and kettle. I then had to wait hours about the fridge, with no clear explanation. The whole situation felt chaotic and unprofessional, not like a safe, quiet, properly managed hotel.

At 4000 TL a day, this hotel is nowhere near worth the price. It’s the worst place I’ve stayed in for a long time. The rooms were filthy, with shoe marks on the walls and grime above the door that looked years old. The sheets hadn’t been changed and had hair on them, and the bathroom edges were completely black.

This is the filthiest place I’ve ever seen, and it looks nothing like the pictures. I’m definitely going to complain to the Ministry of Health, the Tourism and Hotel Owners Association, and CİMER (Turkish Presidential Complaint Center).

The air conditioning heated both rooms quickly, and I didn’t notice any particular shortcomings. Cleanliness was adequate. Thank you.

I was really pleased with the stay. My room was clean and comfortable, and the reception staff were very helpful. Thanks so much.
