We arrived when we had told the owners we would, but nobody was there and we couldn’t get into the building. We tried contacting them through booking.com, WhatsApp, and instagram and got no reply. After waiting a long time, we had to leave and book somewhere else. This “hotel” is a scam. Do not book here.

The pictures aren't real. This place was disgusting and had the worst stench.

The room smelled, the lights didn't work, and the bed had yellow stains and at least 10-15 hairs in it. I doubt anyone had cleaned the toilet. When I raised it, the staff member spoke abusively and threateningly, saying, "If you're a man, complain," then came at me aggressively. If you respect yourself and care about your health, don't go here.

The bathroom and toilet were filthy, with dirt, mold, and a terrible smell. The sheets stank of sweat, dirt, and cigarettes and hadn't been changed. There was dirt everywhere, and both apartments had old, smelly slippers and flip-flops. Broken old air conditioners, windows, and nets were hanging around. It was a nightmare. We arrived as two families with children, eight people altogether. We had booked and prepaid for two apartments, but were given only one, with three beds. The owners said they had no other apartment. After a long argument using Google Translate, they asked us to wait while they fixed it. They set up a second-floor apartment, but it turned out some people had been evicted from it, and those people later came in with their own key. They also hadn't told us it was the technical apartment. We argued again until they found those people somewhere else. The owners didn't speak English, which was a minor issue beside their rude, arrogant attitude. I tried to stay calm and polite, and could put up with that, but the whole stay was the worst hole I've ever been in, a real nightmare. Please don't let anyone else go through this. Never stay there, you'll regret it.
