The metro is about 7-8 minutes away, and the location is nice. But the cleanliness was awful. Everything was dusty, and the sheets were stained and had hairs on them. The furniture was in very poor shape too. The price is a little above average. The woman at reception was grumpy and rude. I wouldn’t stay here unless I had no other choice.

As of May 2026 in Izmir, I don't think it's fair to leave a negative hotel review when the price is under 3,000 TL. You can't expect both a low price and excellent quality. I wasn't very satisfied myself, but service does decline as the price goes down. Check the room before paying, and if you choose to book, don't leave a negative review here afterward.

We found this boutique hotel by chance while visiting for work, and its location is excellent. It’s an apart-hotel, so it seems especially good for families. Mr. Erdinç at reception was attentive and helpful, and thanks to him we didn’t need to search anywhere else. He also suggested a nice grill restaurant in the area, which we really liked. Thank you, and I highly recommend the place.

We were in Izmir on April 23rd for a job interview, and my wife and I made a mistake by staying at this place that calls itself a hotel. We were short on time before the interview and figured the location was good, so how bad could it be? It turned out to be awful. The room smelled foul, was run-down, and the toilet leaked. The shower didn’t work and there was no shower cabin. We could hear a woman having an orgasm in the next room. We stayed outside until midnight and finally left at 8 am. Stay away.
