I was very comfortable during my two days there, on the 26th and 27th. The rooms were well equipped, comfortable, and very clean, and the cleanliness extended throughout the hotel. Breakfast had plenty of tasty options, and the staff were friendly.

The kids had a great time in the pool and playing the mini arcade games in the lobby. We also enjoyed the breakfast and took a walk around the mall, which is attached to the hotel and easy to reach. Najy welcomed us warmly and was very hospitable. The RED brand feels new and has a great theme. It was an amazing experience.

There was no hot water or air conditioning in the room. The service staff were slow, and it took them a very long time to respond.

Point Bornova is connected to the hotel, with some decent shops and restaurants inside. I’ve stayed at Radisson Red a couple of times and enjoyed both visits. The breakfast, gym, and pool were all excellent, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Naci, Dilara, Görkem, and Mohammad were especially professional and good at their jobs, and made the stays more enjoyable. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Point Izmir mall has a direct entrance from this distinctive hotel. The staff are friendly, too. Highly recommend it.
