The room was neat and clean, and the whole place felt so peaceful and romantic. Thanks for the warm welcome, lovely staff, and such amazing service. Breakfast was wonderful too. I can't wait to come back. Thank you, and more power 🙏❤️

Gaia kozbeyli is the best hotel ever 🔥💝 We loved the convenient spot near the main attractions, and breakfast was delicious every morning. The rooms were spotless and really comfortable, and the staff were so welcoming and helpful the whole time.

We had a great family stay and really enjoyed having time to rest in the mountains. The rooms did need more attention, though. Our toilet moved, the shower head was broken, and the shower cabin felt unstable, among other things.

The food was a real highlight, from the juicy steaks and lemony salmon to the flavorful mezes. Even the salad stood out. Each night there was live music, and the staff were cheerful and up for a laugh. They even surprised my wife with Happy Birthday, which was so thoughtful. The place felt like a comfortable little haven, with all the essentials and fluffy towels. Just the right mix of relaxing and lively. We'll be back for sure.

We visited once last year and again this year, and the service was very poor both times. The staff seemed undertrained, and some utensils still had food on them. The location is beautiful, but there was no personal interaction with the owners.
