The mountain and sea views were stunning, like a postcard, and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax. There are lots of relaxing activities here, too. We really enjoyed the authentic, delicious breakfast and dinner. I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a memorable escape from busy city life.

The massage and scrub and peel at the Turkish bath were lovely. The masseuse was amazing, we were treated really well, and we left feeling relaxed. The price was good, too. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and usually got back to us within 10 minutes when we had a question or problem. We were still able to enjoy the stay, so thanks for the great spa service. :) There were several things in the room that weren’t working right. The kettle lid was broken, the TV didn’t work, and the AC wouldn’t blow warm air. Reception helped when we called, and it worked briefly, but then it was still not right. It took about 10 minutes for the shower water to warm up. The bedside light was loose, and there was nowhere near the bed to charge our phones. The USB ports weren’t usable with our USB-C cables, and there were maybe only two regular outlets in the room. The hairdryer stopped after I’d used it for three minutes. The room was also really cold when we came back from dinner. We’d asked the staff to get the fireplace going while we ate, but when we returned it still hadn’t warmed the room, so we had to start it ourselves. Cleanliness was the biggest disappointment. The mirrors in the room and bathroom were dirty, the coffee cups hadn’t been cleaned, and the bathroom sink looked untouched. The pool and public jacuzzi were dirty as well, with sand or dirt in the jacuzzi, and the pool water didn’t look very clean. A dead bug even fell onto our bed when I moved the curtains. I’d suggest checking rooms carefully before guests arrive, to make sure everything is clean and working. We booked the deluxe room for one night for my partner’s birthday. When we called, we said we’d check in on their birthday, and were told something nice would be prepared in the room. I imagined maybe a small cake and card, but there wasn’t anything. It wasn’t a big deal, though I would’ve brought a cake myself if I’d known. We were also told dinner was included in the price, but found out at dinner that it wasn’t. I don’t know why we were given the wrong information, but it wasn’t a huge deal either. I work at a five-star hotel and have certain standards when I travel, especially around cleanliness. I didn’t take pictures or bring up these issues during the stay because I was there to relax and celebrate my partner’s birthday, not to report problems every half hour. I know the hotel had just opened and wasn’t finished, and didn’t have many guests yet, but that seemed like a reason to pay extra attention to the details for the people already staying there. The room price felt high for what we got, though the massage and Turkish bath were more than worth it.

Two days up in the hills of Izmir helped me switch off from the stress and anxiety of city crowds and a tiring job. I came back recharged, and well fed, too. The restaurant terrace has a stunning view, and breakfast was fresh with plenty to eat. Dinner was the real standout, especially the house beef dish, made with a special kind of meat. The owner personally selects the ingredients, and everything is organic. The staff were kind and professional, which added to the atmosphere. There’s a large pool for anyone who loves a swim, and the indoor jacuzzi in the bungalow is a real highlight for serious mermaids. The place was clean, and the interior has its own charm. There’s also a spa with a salt room, saunas, and a masseuse. I definitely recommend getting a massage.

The restaurant was a highlight, with great food and live music in the evenings that made the atmosphere cozy and lively. Breakfast had lots of fresh options, and the spa and wellness area was a lovely place to unwind. The whole hotel was kept spotless. My room was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and very clean, with an unforgettable view to wake up to. The staff were warm, welcoming, and happy to help throughout my visit. Reva Miami Hotel is in a peaceful but central area, and combines comfort, lovely views, and kind hospitality. I absolutely loved my stay and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
