The room cleaners were very good: our room stayed clean and towels were regularly replaced. The ladies at Sultan Café were amazing too, friendly and attentive, and they always asked if we wanted a drink. That's the kind of service we expected elsewhere in the hotel. Instead, in the restaurant there were no waiters, just cleaners, so we had to fetch our own drinks every time. The drinks were poor, especially the juices, which tasted like water with a little flavor. Food was average at best, and empty trays took too long to refill, leaving very limited choices. The restaurant manager wasn't friendly and seemed to speak negatively about guests in their own language, which felt unprofessional. The pool bar was constantly crowded and understaffed, with long waits for drinks. The all-inclusive alcohol selection was very limited, mostly vodka-based. I wasn't expecting premium brands like Jack Daniel’s, but basic whisky or rum should have been available. For anything different, you had to pay extra or buy it from a shop. We chose this hotel partly for the pier, but it wasn't operating until mid-June, and that hadn't been made clear when we booked. That was a major disappointment. This was by far the worst hotel we've stayed at in Turkey, where we travel often. It doesn't meet five-star standards; I'd give it three stars at most.

The fresh pizza at 4pm was good, and the outdoor night party was okay. The entertainer did a good job getting people to join musical chairs and dancing, even though it was freezing out there. The hotel is huge, but facilities are spread far apart. Half the place seemed empty, making it dark and creepy, and you have to pass through it to reach the tucked-away slide pool. The food was very basic, with nuggets and chips. The chef seemed lazy and not very good: grilled chicken neck pieces were served, then in the last few days it was chicken breast. The grilled Turkey looked like beef, so we skipped it. Food didn't seem fresh, as some appeared to be leftovers from the day before. There were boiled chicken chunks and bad salad, including rotten-looking tomatoes. Wi-Fi only worked in the room and reception, despite claims it was available throughout. The outdoor pool was 17c at the end of April, so nobody swam, and the indoor pool was closed. The dry sauna was free, but getting there meant passing a pushy massage salesperson, and it was far from the other activities. We didn't bother. The gym was worn out, with torn hand grips, missing parts, and no supervisor. There was no supervisor at the slides either, and the water flow was so low you couldn't slide properly. I had to crawl; others got stuck in the middle or didn't know what to do until someone came down behind them and crashed. It felt very unsafe. The rooms were small, and you could hear people next door and above. The furniture was basic and worn, with bad patch jobs and silicone here and there. We paid extra for a balcony, but all rooms had one, so it was pointless. We got a shaded side. The safe wasn't free. Google Maps is wrong: the pier was broken, with no planks to walk on. The hotel TUI pier was fine, so it seemed like no one had maintained this one. Maybe this place was five-star 10yrs ago, but now it felt like 3.5 stars, or three at best. I wouldn't recommend it or go back. Avoid it unless you want a budget hotel at a five-star price.

I visited in April 2026 and generally liked the hotel. The grounds were spacious and clean, the location was decent, and housekeeping did a good job cleaning our room each day. Staff were mixed: some were warm and kind, while others seemed rude and unfriendly. The highlight was the hammam. The therapists from Bali were very skilled and welcoming, and I had the best massage of my life. Thank you, Evi! I was there on a work trip, and many colleagues tried the hammam too. I heard the same thing from them, that everything there was excellent.

The food was tragic, with grilled chicken that didn't even look like it could be chicken from the pieces laid out. Ice cream was only available from 12-16 h, and after that the only option was a single 3 euro ice cream. There was no normal bedding, and everything felt limited. No free sunbeds were available by the main pool; it was always occupied. The cocktails were poor and syrupy. Anything better cost 5 euros. The hotel's price didn't match the quality. There's a beach bar, but everything there costs extra too; cocktails were also normally priced, and the 5 euro milkshake was a real surprise. The bar closes at 12pm, and there's no disco or anything. I don't usually write reviews, but I felt I should.

We really enjoyed the quiet second pool, where there was no music and we could easily find spare sunbeds during our stay. The food tasted good, though it was a little too oily for me. The room was modern, with a comfortable bed, small fridge, coffee/tee station, and new air conditioning. The shower head was the only drawback, as the water flow was weak. Reception staff were kind and helpful, and our cleaning lady was lovely too. The hotel is close to Manavgat, with plenty of shops nearby and a dolmuş station close by. We definitely recommend it!
