The room was basic and the beds were clean, but the air conditioner was too small to cool it down. It stayed hot all night, and we couldn’t sleep properly. The internet was terrible, and the bathroom was in poor condition. We were not satisfied.

We were there on business, and this was the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. We asked them to clean our rooms, but when we came back nothing had changed. They said they’d forgotten, even after we brought it up. The toilets are so small a person can barely fit. Don’t stay here if you come to Gaziantep.

The food was delicious. Cansu was always lovely to talk with, and Mr. Şaban and the rest of the staff made us feel welcome. It was a pleasure getting to know them. Thank you. ❤️

The suite rooms are a decent size, the amenities are good, and the price is very reasonable. It’s also easy to reach, close to both the city centre and the main roads. I’m staying here tonight, and I’d choose it again on my next trip to Gaziantep.

The rooms were stuffy and the air conditioning was broken. The bathroom had mould, the shower head was broken, and the towels were dirty. This was the dirtiest, worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Well-known tour operators shouldn’t send customers to a place like this. I won’t even get into the food, you can guess.
