We were really happy with our hotel in Gaziantep. Ms. Dilek and Ms. Hatice, who made breakfast, deserve a special thank you. They were so welcoming and energetic, and made each morning a wonderful start. The whole staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Thanks for everything, I wholeheartedly recommend it!

We booked by phone around 4 am, just needing a few hours of sleep and a shower before leaving around noon. The historical building has a really charming atmosphere, and we took lots of photos before we left. The rooms are lovely too. Breakfast was across the street in a mansion, apparently through some kind of arrangement. The woman there cooked really well and clearly cared about what her guests thought, so we were very happy to eat there. The rest of the staff were polite and helpful as well. The location is close to lots of museums and the city center. I didn't get to visit the museums, but walking along those streets is lovely anyway. My one suggestion is to give the bathroom a thorough cleaning. It's been restored, but please don't forget that part. Thank you for your service.

This was the worst hotel I've ever been to, with the worst reception service I've ever encountered. The bathroom tiles were covered in moss and weren't clean at all. For this price, there are much better hotels in Gaziantep.

We stumbled across this legendary mansion and were so pleased we did. It feels like stepping into a fairytale from another time. Seda was especially attentive and caring, and so helpful. If I come back, I know I'll have another home here. Thanks for everything.
