Nothing flashy, but the stay was fairly comfortable. I booked through Otelz.com, then was told on arrival that they don't accept bookings from that site. I ended up paying 1200TL instead of 900TL. The hotel should try to sort this out with Otelz.com.

The price was great, so it was good value. Some things were broken and it wasn't the cleanest, though.

My family and I had a very good holiday here over New Year's. The staff were warm, attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Thank you all so much. We'd gladly choose this place again for our next holiday, and recommend it to others.

Gazişehir Hotel was full, so we stayed at one of its sister hotels and were very happy with the stay. We were lucky to meet Mr. Ercan, and really appreciate his help and the information he gave us.

I paid for room 401 by bank transfer because they said they didn't have a POS machine, even though I wanted to use my credit card. After years of traveling, I can say this was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in, including in Gaziantep. The room felt like a prison cell, and the beds, sheets, and floors were filthy. There was no shower head, just a hose, no slippers, and no real cleanliness or hygiene. Even the towels smelled. The owner is a disgrace. Don't stay here or send anyone here.
