Their response to me on November 6, 2025 says a lot about how ethical this business is. I asked how much deposit I should send after making a reservation, and they said they’d collect it sometime. Nobody called or followed up. On the last day, they texted that my reservation was canceled because I hadn’t paid, even though they’d sent no invoice or reminder. Then they blamed me for not sending the money. This is unacceptable, their professionalism is below zero, and I definitely don’t recommend them.

The room photos seem like they may be from when the hotel first opened. The place feels old, the bathroom is tiny, and our double room had just one towel. There’s no elevator, and when my pregnant wife and I checked in with two suitcases, the receptionist didn’t offer help, so I carried both. Their pricing is all over the place, with much higher charges on other hotel sites than elsewhere. For breakfast, they took us two streets down to their riverside restaurant. We got a breakfast plate, and when I asked about something hot like eggs or an omelet, I was told there wasn’t anything. From beginning to end, the whole experience was terrible. I can’t understand the high ratings, and this place doesn’t deserve even one star.

Hello sir, what would the price be for a couple, husband and wife, staying for one day on Saturday?

We stayed one night during Ramadan and were greeted warmly. The room was very clean and just the right size. There were no problems with hot water, and in the morning we woke to birds singing. If I come to Amasya again, I’d absolutely stay here. Thank you.
