The animation team were amazing, and the entertainment was some of the best I've ever seen. A few of the guys working there were extremely friendly too. The food was excellent, though a bit repetitive like many all-inclusive places. We all ate well and had no food poisoning. There were plenty of spots by the pool, though we were there out of season. The place does need some work, as people have said. A lot of what wasn't great came down to other guests, who were rude, miserable, and didn't know how to queue. Even out of season it wasn't a friendly place. It was still a positive experience overall, but we probably won't return since we like trying different places on holiday.

Breakfast was the one calm meal, and the entertainment crew were the real bright spot. Mot, Mario and Gonzalez were hilarious, welcoming, and always did what they said they would. The hotel staff didn’t leave the same impression. Lunch and dinner were a struggle. People queued well before opening, then went inside to find no free tables. I had left my phone and hats on a table, but when I came back with food another family said they had claimed it first. I ended up moving. Drinks on the all-inclusive plan were limited, and daytime snacks were scarce too, so you had to be quick or miss out. Ice cream was offered only twice daily for a short window. Getting a sunbed meant heading downstairs around 5 a.m. A couple of times I arrived at 6 and found only the last beds left. The hotel also wasn’t very clean. I probably wouldn’t return, and I wouldn’t give it four stars.

A few people did make my stay better. Sinen and a woman working between the bar and reception were lovely and welcoming, and she made great drinks. The woman who gave me a massage at the hammam was gentle, kind, and attentive. The bigger problems outweighed those moments. An independent excursion seller connected with the hotel was rude and racist. I told staff I was uncomfortable, and after they informed him, he started harassing me on WhatsApp. I felt anxious and unsafe for the rest of my stay. Several family members got food poisoning. Meals were often undercooked and repetitive, and basic hygiene wasn’t being watched: guests touched food with their hands and put it back, with no staff oversight. When forks or knives were missing, staff passed the responsibility around. We ended up eating outside despite the all-inclusive arrangement because the food didn’t seem safe or appealing. Our room wasn’t properly cleaned either. There were water marks on the taps and mirrors, rubbish in the corners, and the general standard was poor. Wi-Fi was free only in the lobby, with an extra charge for access in rooms, frustrating for a family with children who needed it. I can’t recommend this hotel.

We needed a place for just one night after leaving a disgusting hotel. This one was basic, reasonably clean, and had a few choices on the buffet.
