I had booked this hotel for two weeks, but when I arrived to check in, the staff refused because of a particular rule. It wasn't mentioned on the website, the reservation form, or even in the email, so it seemed made up. I'd called twice to ask the staff questions, but they waited until I was at the hotel to tell me they were cancelling my reservation. Inadmissible!

Really bad. The reception staff don't speak English.

A place to sleep that's somewhere between mediocre and low quality.
