I want to thank the two night shift staff, who tried to help, but I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it. The next day they moved us to another room and asked us to talk to the manager, as we'd requested. The manager didn't show the same concern or embarrassment as the reception staff. We were told the move would happen in the late afternoon, so we packed our many suitcases and carried them down to the car, as we'd done the night before. At reception, the manager then said we could have left them in the room, adding condescendingly, something like, “Well, nobody stays at this hour.” After we'd seen five rooms covered in lint and hair, I expected an apology. The only response was, “This is the first time this has happened to us.” If all five rooms were dirty in one night, that suggests a serious discipline problem, not a coincidence or a first-time occurrence. We booked based on the online ratings and arrived at night for a standard room. There was hair on the bed and in the toilet, the room door wouldn't lock, and the phone didn't work. The receptionist offered other rooms, and at 1 AM we looked through almost every floor. All five rooms we saw had hair and fur on the bed and in the toilet. We wanted to cancel, but it was very late, the last room had relatively little hair, and the receptionist was trying to help, so we stayed. Reception and housekeeping cleaned the toilet and changed the linens, even though it wasn't their responsibility. It was a shameful, embarrassing night for everyone, and the hotel badly failed on cleanliness. They need to change the staff or cleaning methods. You may be woken by a vacuum cleaner between 8:30 and 9:30 in the morning. They don't seem to pay attention to timing or customer satisfaction. Breakfast is inadequate for a four-star hotel, as other reviews say. There are few hot or sweet options, though plenty of kinds of cheese. I still don't understand how it got four stars. Don't expect a friendly welcome at the door, help carrying luggage to your room, or a hotel parking lot. None of those are available, and the rating may leave you disappointed.

Mr. Ali and Ms. Ayşe at reception were attentive and friendly, and we'd like to thank them. We stayed one night with friends, three families in all. The rooms were quite roomy and very clean, and breakfast was adequate. This was one of the cleanest hotels we've ever stayed in.

The location was a little inconvenient, but it wasn't a big deal and I was satisfied. We stayed one night, and the rooms were very clean, so you don't need to worry about cleanliness.

We came from Ankara on business and were very pleased with our stay. The rooms were spacious and airy. During Ramadan, they also serve iftar and sahur meals. The location is excellent, close to the university and, as a result, shops and cafes.
