Engin Otel Izmir

We were only about seven minutes from the airport, and the fare was 48 lira. The hotel is also very handy for getting around Izmir, with a busy bus stop around the corner, buses going everywhere, and the train/LRT station two blocks away. For a flight or train transfer, it's highly recommended. Our family enjoyed the family suite at Engin Otel. We were lucky to get a corner room with great views. The bathrooms were extremely clean and had a rainforest shower faucet. The air conditioning worked really well during the heat wave, and the included breakfast had tasty choices for both adults and kids.

There's parking at the hotel if you arrive by car, and the Izban train that goes through the city is nearby. A shopping mall is about four minutes away by car. Inside, the hotel has a nice interior and pleasant rooms. Housekeeping cleaned every day, the food was good, and the staff were professional and polite.

As a family of four, we were very pleased with our one-night, two-day stay in a family room. The hotel and staff were fantastic, and the cleanliness, breakfast, location, and attentive service were all wonderful. We came to Izmir to visit a soldier, and we've already picked where we'll stay next time. ☺️

The buffet breakfast was a real plus, and our quadruple room had plenty of space. It was spotlessly clean, and the location was excellent. The stay exceeded what we expected by a lot. For the price, this establishment deserves much more.
