Pera Bosphorus Hotel

I especially liked sitting on the terrace and taking in the Bosphorus view. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, and breakfast was fresh and tasty. The whole hotel had a calm, welcoming feel, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout, making sure I had what I needed. Thanks, Nasiirin and anas. Pera Bosphorus Hotel is right in the heart of Istanbul, with restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance. Great value too, and I’d stay again and recommend it.

Kadir, who cleaned the rooms, was genuinely kind and did a great job. The sea view from the window was also stunning, and the location is very convenient. The rooms were decent, but the shower plumbing was a real problem: water wouldn’t drain and spilled across the bathroom floor. At $260 a night for a sea-view room, the service and room condition didn’t justify the price. At check-in everyone was polite, and we were told unused nights would be refunded if we left early. Once we’d paid in full, the attitude changed. The male manager was unprofessional, wouldn’t help address the problems, and refused a refund. Reception also failed to sort out the TV. I called three times about getting channels or YouTube working, but nobody came during our four-day stay. The staff attitude and lack of professionalism made the whole experience disappointing.

The room was lovely, and the location was even better. What stood out most was how welcoming, friendly, and polite the staff were. I had a wonderful stay and would love to return.

From the front desk to the L-O-I restaurant, everyone was welcoming and made us feel comfortable. The team was responsive, respectful, and smiling from the moment we arrived. We had a wonderful stay at the Pera Bosphorus Hotel and would gladly come back. Highly recommend it.
