The hotel is expensive, and the unfinished state of the buildings makes it look as if a construction company walked off before completing the job. There are serious maintenance problems. The food is average, neither especially bad nor good, perhaps because of cost cutting. I don't think anyone would be happy choosing this hotel. Better to stay somewhere else and keep your peace of mind.

The rooms are dirty, the breakfast is terrible, and the service is very poor. The hotel is also extremely expensive. I've never been to a worse place. Don't even consider it.

I booked full board and came all the way from Malatya, but the buffet felt like a starvation menu. We decided to leave, and they wouldn't return our money. We accepted that, though only God knows whether it was fair. One of the owners is from Malatya, which felt completely inappropriate. It was my second visit, and the place had changed owners. A few things were fine, and the service itself was good, but there weren't enough staff. The menus were awful. On the second and third days of our holiday, we went for dinner and the main course was already gone, with only crumbs left. There was still plenty of time, but it never came out. Breakfast was just as bad. Within an hour of the morning meal starting, almost everything was gone. There were boiled eggs, but not even black olives. They eventually brought toasted bread as we were leaving, so the children stayed hungry. I asked if they could at least have Nesquik, but that wasn't available either. When we complained, they offered to make toast if we were hungry.

The only bright spot was how friendly the cafeteria staff and the curly-haired woman at reception were. Still, we left after one night instead of the two we had booked. The buildings are far apart, with food in one and the pool in another, and we were cold the whole time. The thermal pool has no ventilation, so five minutes was about all we could stand. Pay a little more for a proper holiday. Our room had a Turkish bath, pool, and toilet crammed together. Water from the bath pooled around the toilet and wouldn't drain, so using the sink, mirror, or toilet meant splashing around. The flush whistled for hours. The room itself was in awful shape, with rotting old materials, stained towels, and no liquid soap in the toilet. The pool area and toilet setup were bad too. We had booked days ahead. After arriving and getting into our room, we couldn't adjust the pool water. We called reception three times, and it took an hour for technical staff to show up. The hotel says problems will be handled right away, but nothing seemed to happen. While we waited, the breaker tripped and the power went out. The technicians said a valve had to be changed, so we moved rooms. The new one was freezing. Reception said they'd pass on the complaint and send someone, but nobody came. And what's with all the onions at breakfast? There were onions in everything, even sausage and eggs, and so much that you could barely see the food. They'd also sliced up 50 different kinds of margarine and piled them together like cheese.
