The rooms were clean, but I couldn't find anything else to like. The food was bland, the variety was poor, and it was the most tasteless meal I've ever had. Even the fried zucchini had no taste. They served the same soup, or something like soup, for dinner that they'd made at lunchtime. Yesterday's rice and döner were dressed up and served as appetizers the next day. The teacups were bright yellow and the service was awful. I've stayed in other hotels and received much better service for less money. Don't waste yours here. I don't understand how anyone leaves a positive review. I wrote this so others wouldn't become victims of negative reviews, though I'm not trying to help anyone. I believe I have the right to get my money's worth. In short, I don't recommend it. They told us the pool closed at 11 PM, but it was actually 10 PM. They also said credit cards could be paid in three installments, then told us that only certain cards qualified. They should have said so beforehand. No matter where you grab this place, it falls apart in your hands.

The good part was the pool in our room, which was a comfortable temperature. There was also a steam room, sauna, and salt room. My family of four and I stayed for three nights. Food was mostly rice and pasta. On the first night they served chicken with rice. When I asked an employee for another piece of chicken, he rudely told me to finish what I had and come back for more. Meals came with tea and water, with no other drinks. At lunch they served either the previous day's soup or the soup planned for dinner. At least we'd booked the half-board plus option. We checked in at 2 pm and were sent to our room, but the extra bed wasn't ready. After we asked, an employee brought it to the door and left. We had to put the sheets on ourselves. The bed's wheels were broken and the springs were bad, like a makeshift stretcher. Normally, it should have been set up already.
