Getting dropped off by taxi with our bags was difficult because the location is so bad. The building is narrow, the floors are dirty, and the rooms are poorly laid out and smelly. All the furniture is old and dirty. I wouldn't recommend it even for free.

The administrator, who may also be the owner, was friendly and checked us in without any scam. Our room was spacious, with clean linen and towels, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. There was enough soap and toilet paper to survive the Apocalypse. The decor has a grandma's-house feel, and there's a nice elevator. Room 105 looks out onto the walls and roofs of neighboring houses. On one roof, some seagull chicks were resting, such fluffy creatures. The morning was very quiet, and I didn't hear a single mosque, though the restaurant party could be heard late into the night.

I'm visiting from Qatar and loved it. The owner, location, and room were all amazing. The room was big and had everything I needed, including a kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. I'll come again with my family. Don't listen to Abdulaziz 😂

A good option if you're visiting Istanbul and don't need a luxury place. The apartment was clean, with a small kitchen and washing machine. Watch out on the stairs, especially with kids, they can be dangerous. The location is excellent, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and coffee shops around. It's near the tram station, Marmaray Sirkeci İstasyonu, and Eminönü port, where you can catch a Bosporus tour or other sea connections.
