Titanic Port Bakirkoy

The location was so convenient, with restaurants and cafés everywhere, the coast a 10-15 minute walk away, and shopping malls just two minutes away. We spent 12 nights at Titanic Port Bakırköy with my mum and sister, and the hotel was spectacular. It was extremely clean, beautifully maintained, and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Ezgi, Gökhan, Melek and Mert were professional, kind, and attentive. They kept checking that everything was okay and were ready to help with anything we needed. The housekeeper on our floor was a very sweet, hardworking man, and our room was always spotless. Thanks to the whole team for making the stay special. I’d absolutely return and recommend the hotel.

During my surgery trip to Turkey, my family and I stayed at Titanic Port Bakırköy. The hospital offered a free hotel, but I chose to pay an extra $1,500 USD so my family would be comfortable. It wasn’t comfortable at all. The air conditioning didn’t work in either of our two rooms, which is unacceptable at that price. We arrived exhausted and stressed after a 10-hour flight. We’d been told water and coffee were complimentary, and there was a small can of nuts and chips beside the water. On the morning of my surgery, while I was being wheeled toward the operating room and feeling extremely nervous, hotel staff messaged me demanding $30 for those snacks. My children were already scared about my procedure, and that was when the hotel chose to hassle us over a small charge for something we thought was part of the complimentary setup. Being bothered about $30 while undergoing surgery, after paying extra for a supposedly comfortable stay, was shameful. It felt like they cared more about a few dollars than their guests’ well-being. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially to medical tourists.

Malik, the supervisor, took great care of us, and Fahim, our server, made the start of each day enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were professional. We had a pleasant stay at Titanic hotel, with very clean rooms, hallways, and restaurant. Thank you to the Titanic team!

My mother and I are grateful for such a special stay. We spent 15 amazing days at the Titanic Hotel, and the team's care, kindness, and professionalism were there from our arrival through to the day we left. Every staff member went above and beyond and made the experience unforgettable. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication.
