I’ve just arrived at the apartment I booked, Galata Port Suites, and I can’t stay here. Don’t book this place. It’s filthy, with white stains and hair on the bedsheets, no hot water, and rain getting inside and leaving everything wet. There’s food on the floor too, including part of a McDonald’s menu. Just look at the bathroom and windows. This is unacceptable!

The location is beautiful and everything is nearby, but the hotel is worse than bad. The stairs are tiring, the rooms are cramped, and the services are poor.
