I’ve stayed here twice now and would recommend it. The location is great, close to everything, even the district bus stops, and the rooms are tidy and clean. The price for what you get is excellent, and I was very satisfied. The staff are always genuinely attentive and caring.
The rooms were spotless, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. I’d definitely stay at this hotel again.
Its one real plus is being close to the castle. Otherwise, it was below average and the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The sheets looked like they were supposed to be washed, but they were dirty and torn. The wardrobe was too small for even one person’s things. There wasn’t a proper bathroom, just a pipe attached to the toilet (I uploaded a picture) being presented as one. Trash bags were left on the floors, and clean towels were on the stairs. The bed looked like it might burst.
The place was clean and the staff were attentive. I can’t understand the bad reviews, they seem to come down entirely to customer dissatisfaction. 🙏
The cleanliness deserves real credit, it was excellent. Prices were very reasonable for students, and the attentive, helpful staff made us feel right at home.
