Park Inn by Radisson Samsun

Don't be fooled by the reviews. They ask guests for reviews because they couldn't fill their quota. I checked beforehand, and the negative reviews were all true. They ask people to post comments and five-star ratings for the hotel on Google Maps and TripAdvisor. This is a garbage hotel. Don't even consider staying here. The food is trash and the service is terrible. The AC in the smoke-free room didn't work. There's no pool or spa, just a tiny gym. It might be okay for ONS relationships, but not for a business trip, a holiday, or summer travel.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, breakfast was really good, and the staff were great and helpful. But the room's air conditioning didn't work. The hotel told me it was a system-wide problem. There was no balcony, and the window only opened a little, so our room felt stuffy in the middle of summer. The minibar fridge didn't cool anything either.

The bed was comfortable, despite the other problems. Nearby factory smoke made the air quality really bad. The AC only heated and wouldn't cool, so I had to leave the window open to air out the room. That meant smelling the factory smoke all night. The hairdryer was damaged, though it still worked.

This hotel has a lot of potential, but it needs some attention. The shower stalls need cleaning, the broken cups should be replaced, and there are small areas that need putty repairs. Reception staff could use training too. Three of us waited half an hour for our invoices.
